Terms of service

Audiee ("we") is operated from Singapore. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Your content

Everything you capture belongs to you. We claim no rights over your transcripts, notes, or knowledge base.

Recording is your responsibility

Audiee is a tool; you decide what it records. You are solely responsible for making sure every recording is lawful where you are — including notifying participants and obtaining any consent required by the laws that apply to you and to them. If a claim is brought against us because of something you recorded, that responsibility is yours, not ours.

Acceptable use

Don't use Audiee to break the law, and don't abuse the transcription or assistant quotas.

AI output

Transcripts, summaries, and assistant answers are generated by AI and can be wrong. Review them before relying on them; don't treat them as a verbatim legal record or as professional advice.

Subscriptions & refunds

Paid tiers bill monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime; access continues to the end of the billing period. If Audiee isn't working out, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. After that, renewals aren't refundable — just cancel before the next cycle.

Warranty & liability

Audiee is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost data — and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes go to the courts of Singapore.
